"I went to this office to transfer my car insurance from another State. I originally met with Marlene and she was helpful. At one point, Marlene asked Thatcher Fitzgerald to help me with a "Safe and Save" app on my phone. At which he asked me to go to his office and it was the best thing I have done today! First of all, I'd like to say he treated me as if he knew me all his life or if I were a family member to him, when I say that I don't say it lightly, I am being 100% honest. Not only did he help me with the app on my phone, but I was explaining to him that I needed to go to the DMV and I couldn't get an appointment online, say no more, He got me my appointment! He made sure Id have everything I would need in order to get a Florida license, he printed out a sheet for me. Let me not forget to say that he LOWERED my monthly payment!!
